The Ordering Process : Business |
Get a quote either by visiting our pricing
page or
by emailing us. We understand that while some of our pricing is covered online,
it's always nice to see a written price quote. So please don't hesitate to ask
for one and we'll email it to you as a PDF file.
Open your order by calling us or with our online order form.
- If you need design help: We start by charging a $120 deposit and gathering information from you regarding the details of the order. Once the deposit's been paid, we create a personalized webpage for you where you can view working drafts of the layouts and send us feedback.
- If you have your own press-ready design: We skip the personalized webpage and move straight to a PDF proof. We won't charge you a deposit, instead, payment is due when you sign off on the proofs. See our designers page for more about press-ready art.
Finalize the order by signing off on the final PDF
proofs that we email to you. Once we receive your signed proofs, we require
payment in full (minus the deposit you've already paid) and we begin printing.
Relax while we print your order. By default, we
promise to have your order printed within three weeks from the day that the order
is finalized. Assuming our current workload allows, we can rush the
order for an additional fee: 20% extra for a two-week rush or 40% extra for
a one-week rush.
